Q: Why is the website asking me to log in when I've not purchased anything before?

A: If you've registered for a free course, whether you've signed in or not, you're in our database and need to log in. If you don't remember your password click forgot password and you'll receive an email with your login information. Please log in first prior to purchase.

Q: How do I enter a discount coupon?

A: If you have a promotional code, just click the box "Have a Coupon? Click here to enter your code" where prompted. Then hit "apply coupon" and your discounted price will appear.

Membership FAQs

Q: How do I cancel a membership?

A: Simple. Just log in and go to your Account page and click on "Cancel Membership". You can cancel at any time. As long as you do so before the end of the billing period you will not be charged again, but you will still have full access until your membership expires. For a screenshot of this click here.

Q: How do I know my payment information is protected?

A: We use Stripe for credit cards as well as PayPal. Both these entities are internationally renowned as the safest systems on the market. We do not know, store or have access to any credit card or payment information, this is kept only by these 3rd party payment processors.

Q: Do you sell your mailing list? How do I know my email won't be used by anyone else?

A: No, we never sell or disclose any emails or personal information to anyone. We are a non-profit we don't sell ads on our website, mailing lists, or anything (other than genuine meditation).

Q: Can I unsubscribe from all emails?

A: Sure. Just hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email. Note that this will remove you from that particular list - if you happen to be on multiple lists and continue to get emails from Mindworks that you don't want, just write us and we'll make sure you're unsubscribed from everything.
